The Government of Japan is inviting applications for Japanese Government Scholarships from citizens of Barbados who wish to study at Japanese universities under the Japanese Government (MEXT) to pursue a master’s, doctoral or professional graduate programme.
Eligibility
- Barbadian nationals under the age of 35 (born on or after April 2, 1990).
- Applicants must be in possession of a university degree and willing to learn Japanese for six (6) months at the beginning of the research study.
Benefits include:
- Stipend
- Paid tuition
- One (1) return air ticket
Successful students may choose to begin their studies in September or October 2024 to March 2025.
